Payment Policies
Payments for classes are due at the time of registration.
We accept PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.
WE KEEP CLASS SIZES SMALL TO ENSURE THAT PERSONAL INSTRUCTION AND ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO EACH STUDENT. THEREFORE, WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
Cancellation Policies
If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled time of your class, you will receive credit for monies paid.
Credit can be used for a future class or private instruction.
In order to cancel, please email us at drama.tac.classes@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your cancellation and apply your funds to a future class of your choice.
If you are canceling late, no credit is given unless we find a replacement for you. We have, on occasion, been able to replace actors who cancel late with others from wait lists or who might be standing by. If you are replaced, as a courtesy, we will not charge you for the late cancellation. Please consider any late cancellation a charge on your account, and any resulting replacement a courtesy. You may want to readjust your schedule to attend since, although we do our best to have full classes, we can never promise a replacement.
If you are a “no show” for a class, you will not receive credit under any circumstances.
Classes are non-refundable.
Attendance, Tardiness and Leaving Early
Prompt attendance is expected from all students. If you arrive late, there is no guarantee that the instructor will review information, concepts, and exercises that you have missed.
Students are expected to be present for the entire class.
Learning Aids
Students with alternative learning styles should inform us if they wish to use PDAs, audio recording devices, or other learning aids in class.

To ensure delivery of class confirmation emails, please add drama.ta.classes@gmail.com. We may need to reach you with scheduling or location adjustments during the session. Students are responsible for updating us with any adjustments to contact information.
Liability
You agree that you choose to voluntarily participate in the course with full knowledge that the activity may be hazardous to yourself and/or your property. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained as a result of participating in the activity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRAMA.TAC LLC and its employees, members & volunteers for any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that may occur as a result of your participation in the activity. DRAMA.TAC LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Disclaimer
Drama.Tac reserves the right to accept or deny any individual’s application. Drama.Tac reserves the right to postpone or cancel the class if it does not reach a minimum number of students. Fees incurred by students for travel/lodging etc., will not be reimbursed by Drama.Tac or its affiliates. Only students who have registered and paid will be allowed in the class. Student guests are not allowed.
